I’ve been project manager and consultant for intermediate and mass consuming products manufacturing companies and multinational retail companies considering: identification, evaluation and projection of the political and economic context, market analysis, business financial projection, identification of bottlenecks, profitability analysis and product competitiveness, supply analysis, analysis and projection of cash flow, implementation plan and route map for new financial strategies, design and development of a 'control panel' to support the decision making of the senior management team. Likewise, profiling of positions / roles and competencies of the management team, process evaluation, management mechanisms and organizational culture. Consultant for NGO’s and family business, including: reorganization, strategic planning and designing family-property-business interaction mechanisms.
